-Designed a mass timber high rise co-living tower in Long Island City.
-Designing various unit typologies and communal typologies each servicing different needs for the resident.
-Designed a mass timber stucture utlizing CLT shear walls as core structural components.
-Designed a kinectic facade system to relegate bewtween private vs. non-private for the residents.
-Graphic Designs of all drawings in Illustrator and Photoshop
-Constructed a 3D physical model of building and site
-Recognized as innovative idea by studio instructor and guest architectural experts
